Located in the historic Broadway Village shopping center, Falora dishes up wood-fired pizza and other tasty bites within a comfortably modern atmosphere. The design of the space is a deliberate reflection of the art and craft of making traditional Neapolitan pizza, where every element—from the imported Italian oven to the rhythmic spin of vinyl records—serves a purpose. By blending raw, honest materials like exposed Douglas Fir and clay with clean, modern steel, the environment honors the ancient tradition of the hearth while providing a vibrant, contemporary hub for the Tucson community.

The interior palette—clay products and exposed Douglas Fir—echoes the wood-fired cooking process, while powder-coated white steel offers a modern interpretation of traditional Italian marble slabs.
At the center of the kitchen, every pizza is handmade and wood-fired in a Stefano Ferrara oven imported directly from Italy.

As an homage to the Italian love of gathering and conversation, a 24-foot-long, custom-made community table serves as the heart of the space. To complete the experience, Falora is B.Y.O.V. (bring your own vinyl)—bring in a record and have it spin on the house turntable while you dine.
