Situated in the heart of Tucson’s vibrant Campbell corridor, this signature repp + mclain project is a 8,500-square-foot development introduces three premium commercial spaces designed for the modern desert landscape. Utilizing a tactile palette of rusted metal, warm wood, and high-performance glazing, the project balances striking architectural form with functional, light-filled interiors.

Great things take time. We are currently in the active construction phase of this three-unit commercial development, meticulously installing the rusted metal and glazing that will soon anchor this prominent corner of the Campbell corridor.
This project represents our commitment to densifying Tucson’s urban fabric with thoughtful, site-specific architecture.
We invite you to explore our progress photos to see the skeleton of the design taking shape, and stay tuned for professional photography once the project is officially complete.
