Mari joined Repp + Mclain in July 2026, bringing a vibrant, growth-oriented energy to the team. From her very first interview, she knew RMDC was a place where she could absorb new skills, grow professionally, and thrive personally. Passionate about the hands-on translation of ideas, she finds her favorite phase of any project to be construction—when all the planning officially comes to life.
A proud Tucson native, Mari has a deep appreciation for regional history and design. Her favorite local landmark is the historic Tucson Superior Court Building, particularly its famous mosaic dome designed by Roy Place and the incredible views from the top floor, which capture her love for Spanish Colonial architecture.
Mari is a self-described creator who loves doing yard work and brainstorming new concepts for her photobooth business. Above all, she cherishes laughing and spending time with her partner, her large family, and her friend group. She is also always down for a good dance party and loves finding new ways to make people laugh.
