Jeff Spivey has been part of the Repp+Mclain construction team since 2022, bringing grit, integrity, and a strong work ethic to every job site. Originally from Bisbee and Globe, Arizona, he discovered his path into construction by growing up in a time when you built and fixed things yourself—developing a deep respect for honest, hands-on work.
Jeff especially enjoys the labor-intensive aspects of the job, valuing the satisfaction that comes from a truly hard day’s work. One of his favorite moments in any project is stepping onto a job site for the first time—seeing what it is and imagining what the team will transform it into. What he appreciates most about Repp+Mclain is the shared standard of excellence. For Jeff, working for Repp+Mclain is about how the work gets done, with pride, effort, and no shortcuts.
Outside of work, Jeff can often be found watching TV, spending time with his mom, working on one of his vehicles, attending church on Sundays, or kicking back and taking in the beautiful Oro Valley side of the Catalina Mountains.
