Jake Reyes

Jacob “Jake” Reyes joined Repp+Mclain in 2022, bringing a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of materials to the team. Originally from Tucson, he began his career through a traditional apprenticeship in custom fabrication, where he mastered the art of building furniture and architectural elements using hardwood, steel, and concrete. This hands-on foundation in craftsmanship is where he first connected with the Repp+Mclain team.

After expanding his expertise with a general contractor to learn large-scale operations, Jake transitioned to Repp+Mclain to blend his fabrication skills with full-scale building. Having started in the field, he now serves as a Site Superintendent, where he manages complex job sites while remaining actively involved in the building process. He thrives on the “puzzle” of construction—aligning schedules and solving on-site challenges to ensure the best possible outcome.

Jake values the collaborative nature of the firm and the opportunity to build projects that meaningfully contribute to the Tucson landscape. Outside of work, he enjoys working on his own home, staying active, and spending time with his family. He also claims the T-Rex replica at a the McDonald’s as one of his favorite Tucson landmarks.
