As part of the construction team at Repp+Mclain since January 2026, Izaia Kalen Rodriguez brings a sharp eye and hands-on dedication to every project. Originally from Tucson, Arizona, he discovered a love for building through his passion for framing and becoming more skilled in the craft—developing a strong appreciation for modern aesthetics along the way.
Izzy takes pride in being the best second pair of eyes and hands on site, and his favorite part of the process is the final walkthrough, when every detail comes together.He values being part of a team that makes him feel at home while also challenging his work ethic and character, pushing him to grow in knowledge and skill.
Outside of the office, he is likely making music, spending time at church, traveling, or creating content for social media. What many people don’t know is that he has a deep passion for music and creative expression.
