R Bar is the Rialto Theatre's 7-night-a-week “alley bar” located in downtown Tucson.  Patrons enjoy cocktails, beer and wine in a one-of-a-kind, funky-chic, setting.  From the floors to the ceiling and everything in between, the entire interior of r bar is painted a rich crimson hue.   Custom steel detailing is found throughout the space, with the focal point being “The Story of Tucson”, a 10’ high laser cut steel wall mural depicting notable Tucson landmarks, plants and animals native to the Sonoran desert. The mezzanine level above the bar provides a more intimate setting, while downstairs in the main space. a translucent projection wall shows classic movies every night of the week.
